How to request your client's pre-paid return label (Non-US clients only)
We've made requesting non-US* return labels simpler and more convenient than ever!
*Please note that there are some countries we cannot generate return labels for, see full list here.
Important Note: All kit orders for US clients will still include pre-paid return labels inside the kit box! The return process for US kits remains the same.
With our new, streamlined process, you can now easily request return labels for your non-US clients directly online. Just follow a few simple steps, and you’ll have your client's return labels ready in no time.
📣 Before you request your client's label 📣
Unless a specific expiry date is indicated on the label, the prepaid return label will remain valid for 30 days. To ensure a smooth return process for your client, please confirm that they are ready to send their kit back. If the label expires before it is used, a new label will need to be purchased. Promptly sending the return will help avoid any additional fees.
- Log into your Pro Account
- On your My Clients page, find the client you are looking to generate a return label for
- Select the 3 dots to the right of their name
- Select Request Return Label
- You will be brought to https://selfdecode.com/app/request-return-label to complete your request
- Ensure the correct client is selected under the For Client section; use the dropdown menu if you need to select a different client:
- Once selected, your client's details automatically populate according to the information that was entered at the time of purchase
- Ensure there are no major changes to the client's details (such as country, or telephone number), as they will be included on the return label under Sender Details:
- Once all the information is verified, select Request Return Label
- Your request will be submitted! You can then decide whether you want to return to your My Clients page, or request another label for a new client!
- Once your client's label is prepared, it will be sent directly to your client's registered email address (if they are connected).
- If the client is not connected (they do not have access to their own account), the label will be emailed to you directly, at your registered pro account email address.
