How to download your client's raw DNA file

To download your client's raw DNA file, open your My Clients page, open the status dropdown next to the client's name, and select Download File.

  1. Go to your My Clients page.

  2. Click the downward-facing arrow beside the word Active, to the right of the client's name.

  3. In the dropdown menu, select Download File.

The file will download to your device.
