How to Download Reports as PDFs

To download a client's report as a PDF, open the client's profile from your My Clients page, find the report on their Report Overview page, and click Download. All downloadable reports are in one place on the client's profile. Because Created Clients cannot access their own account, the only results they see are the PDFs you choose to share, giving you full control over what is delivered and when.

Where to Find Reports

1. Go to your My Clients page and click the client's name.
2. Find the report on their client overview page, or head to the  Report Overview page to see a full list.

Key Reports to Start With

The four most comprehensive reports to download first:

• Health Overview Report — a comprehensive summary of your client's most important genetic health results
• Medical Overview Report — a clinically formatted summary covering genetic risk assessments, PGx insights, and carrier status
• Essentials of Health Genomics — the broadest single-report snapshot available, spanning diet & nutrition, fitness & longevity, cardiovascular health, gut health, brain health, and metabolic health, among other categories
• Essentials of Functional Genomics — a root-cause view built for functional medicine workups, covering methylation, detox, inflammation & oxidative stress, neurotransmitters & brain health, sex hormones, and diet & metabolism genetics

Together, these four reports provide a strong foundation for any client consultation.

How to Download and Share a Report

1. From your client's profile, browse the available reports or use the search bar near the top of the screen to find a report by name.
2. Click Download. The report generates in Simple Style by default.
3. For a more detailed format, use the dropdown menu beside the Download button to select a different report style before downloading.
4. The PDF downloads automatically. You can keep browsing other reports while it generates — you'll be notified when it's ready.

Tip: If the download doesn't start automatically, make sure you have pop-ups enabled in your browser.

Once downloaded, share the PDF with your client however you prefer — by email, through a client portal, printed in-office, or during a consultation.
