Shipping and Delivery for Report Shop Orders

Where we ship. Most countries and territories worldwide, including all 50 US states. A small number are restricted due to local regulations. If your country isn't in the shipping options at checkout, we can't ship there right now — email support@selfdecode.com and we'll confirm.

What shipping costs. A flat rate based on how many kits you order, confirmed at checkout before you pay. Delivery usually takes 5–14 business days depending on destination.

Getting your sample back to us. US orders include a prepaid return label in the kit. Outside the US, request your label at registerdnakit.com/request-return-label using your DNA sample barcode — it arrives by email within 1–3 business days. Countries without prepaid return labels. Some destinations don't support them. See Non-US countries ineligible for prepaid return labels — if you're in one, email support@selfdecode.com before sending anything.

Held at customs. International shipments are occasionally held under local import rules. Usually temporary. Email support with your order number if it's been sitting more than a few days.
