The Practitioner Directory is a public listing that helps SelfDecode users find you and become clients. This article covers how to apply, how the review and Award Tier systems work, how clients contact you, and how to manage your profile.

How to Apply

Go to Professional Tools → Practitioner Directory. Only professional users (PromicsEdge practitioners) are eligible to apply.

Application & Review Process

Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. There are no strict formal criteria, but we confirm that applicants are qualified, experienced, and actively using PromicsEdge in their practice. This keeps the directory reflective of real clinical use and professional credibility.

The Award Tier System (Visibility & Ranking)

Each practitioner in the directory is assigned an Award Tier that influences sorting and visibility. Higher tiers appear more prominently in search results.

What Determines Your Tier?

Your tier is based on a combination of factors:

1. Competence (PHP training): The system automatically checks whether you have completed precision health practitioner training. Completing it positively influences your tier.
2. Experience: How long you've been a professional user.
3. Usage & activity: Your number of clients and overall account activity.
4. Manual final review: Our team assigns the final tier based on all factors combined.

Important: Tiers are dynamic, not permanent. Your tier may change if you complete practitioner training, become more active on the platform, or slow down your activity.

How Clients Find & Contact You

Search & Discovery

Prospective clients use the Find a Practitioner directory to search by criteria such as expertise, view practitioner profiles, and see practitioners sorted by Award Tier.

How Clients Connect With You

Non-logged-in clients:

• Clicking your practitioner card prompts them to enter their email.
• They can then view your contact information.
• You receive an email notification of their interest — a warm lead.

Logged-in SelfDecode users:

• They can click the Connect button.
• They can message you directly within the platform.
• They can connect with you to give you access to their profile.

Managing Your Directory Profile

To edit your profile, ask about your tier, or request corrections, contact support@promicsedge.com.

Yes. Tiers are dynamic and may change based on platform activity, training completion, and experience with PromicsEdge.

How are practitioners sorted in search results?

Practitioners are sorted by Award Tier. Higher tiers appear more prominently.

Will I be notified when someone shows interest?

Yes. Non-logged-in clients trigger an email notification when they request your contact information, and logged-in users can message you directly via the Connect feature.

What happens if I'm inactive?

If your platform usage significantly decreases, your Award Tier may be adjusted to reflect current engagement.

Can I lose my place in the directory?

Yes. You may be removed after a longer idle period or if misconduct is suspected.
