How to Apply
To apply for listing, go to:
Practitioner Dashboard → Professional Tools → Practitioner Directory
Only professional users (PromicsEdge practitioners) are eligible to apply.
Practitioner Application & Review Process
Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
While there are no strict formal criteria, we ensure applicants are:
- Qualified
- Experienced
- Actively using PromicsEdge in their practice
We aim to maintain a high-quality directory that reflects real clinical use and professional credibility.
The Award Tier System (Visibility & Ranking)
Practitioners in the directory are assigned an Award Tier, which influences sorting and visibility.
Higher tiers appear more prominently in search results.

- Standard (No Tier)
What Determines Your Tier?
Your tier is based on a combination of:
1️⃣ Competence (PHP Training)
The system automatically checks whether you have completed precision health practitioner training. Training completion positively influences your tier.
2️⃣ Experience
We consider how long you’ve been a professional user.
3️⃣ Usage & Activity
We review the number of your clients and overall account activity.
4️⃣ Manual Final Review
Our team assigns the final tier based on all factors combined.
Important: Tiers Are Dynamic
Your tier is not permanent.
It may change if you:
- Complete practitioner training
- Become more active on the platform
- Slow down your activity
This ensures the directory reflects current practitioner engagement.
How Individual Users Find & Contact You
🔎 Search & Discovery
Individual users can access the “Find a Practitioner” directory.
They can:
- Search by various criteria like expertise
- View practitioner profiles
- See practitioners sorted by Award Tier
📩 How Users Connect With You
For Non-Logged-In Users:
- Clicking your practitioner card prompts them to enter their email
- They can then view your contact information
- You receive an email notification of their interest
This creates a warm lead opportunity.
For Logged-In SelfDecode Users:
- They can click the “Connect” button
- They can message you directly within the platform
- They can connect with you to give you access to their profile
This streamlines communication and reduces friction.

If platform usage significantly decreases, your Award Tier may be adjusted accordingly to reflect current engagement.
Q7: Can I lose my place in the directory?
You may be removed from the directory in case of a longer idle period or suspected misconduct.
