Using ancestry-informed polygenic risk scores (PRS) powered by AI, PromicsEdge evaluates up to 200 million genetic variants to generate a clear risk assessment for each condition.
Condition Reports are part of the Medical Bundle, which also includes the Medical Overview Report, Longevity Screener, Medication Check (PGx), Family Planning (Carrier Status), and DNAmind PGx Report.

Will You Add More Topics?
Yes. We continually add new condition report topics as new research and validated genetic associations become available. New reports are automatically included in your existing Medical Bundle access — no additional purchase required.
Are These Reports Covered by Insurance?
No. PromicsEdge is a consumer-grade DNA testing and precision health platform — Condition Reports are not a covered service under health insurance benefits, and we do not work with insurance providers.
However, SelfDecode DNA kits and bundles are HSA/FSA eligible, which may be an option for clients paying out of pocket.
Do Condition Reports Require a SelfDecode DNA Kit?
No. Condition Reports can be generated from a third party file. However, the Medical Bundle requires a SelfDecode DNA kit as there are other reports in the bundle that cannot be generated from third-party DNA file uploads.
How Do I Order Condition Reports for a Client?
Add the Medical Bundle during client creation at checkout, or purchase it as an add-on for an existing client from within their profile.
