Using ancestry-informed polygenic risk scores (PRS) powered by AI, the platform evaluates up to 200 million genetic variants to generate clear risk assessments for each condition.
Medical Reports are part of the Medical Bundle, which also includes the Medical Overview Report, Longevity Screener, Medication Check (PGx), Family Planning (Carrier Status), and DNAmind PGx.

Will You Add More Topics?
Yes. We continually add new medical report topics as new research and validated genetic associations become available. Any new reports are automatically included in your existing Medical Bundle access — no additional purchase required.
Are These Reports Covered by Insurance?
No. PromicsEdge is a consumer-grade DNA testing and precision health platform — our Medical Reports are not a covered service under health insurance benefits. We do not work with insurance providers.
However, SelfDecode DNA kits and bundles are HSA/FSA eligible, which may be an option for clients paying out of pocket.
Do Medical Reports Require a SelfDecode DNA Kit?
Yes. Medical Reports are part of the Medical Bundle, which requires a SelfDecode DNA kit. They cannot be generated from third-party DNA file uploads.
How Do I Order Medical Reports for a Client?
You can add the Medical Bundle during client creation at checkout, or purchase it as an add-on for an existing client from within their profile.
