PromicsEdge Rebranding FAQ for Professionals

SelfDecode Pro has been rebranded to PromicsEdge. PromicsEdge is a dedicated platform designed exclusively for health professionals. Your account is now accessed at promicsedge.com.

Below are answers to common questions about the transition.

1. What changed?

The name and branding changed from SelfDecode Pro to PromicsEdge. All features and functionality remain the same.

Old links continue to redirect. You can also still log in through SelfDecode.

3. Did pricing change?

No. All pricing remains the same, including any custom pricing arrangements.

4. Did reports change?

Non-white-labeled PDF reports now display PromicsEdge branding instead of SelfDecode. If you use the white-label feature, your reports continue to show your own logo and information.

5. Did DNA kits change?

No. Branded DNA kits still carry SelfDecode branding.

6. Can clients still connect to me through SelfDecode?

Yes. Clients with SelfDecode accounts connect to you through the same "Connect with a Professional" process as before.

7. What happens when I invite a client?

Invited clients land on the SelfDecode platform to create their account. The connection to your PromicsEdge account is established automatically, the same as before.

8. What happens when I transfer a client's profile to them?

Transferred clients land on the SelfDecode platform. The connection between you and your client remains intact.
