As part of our continued commitment to providing top-tier support to health professionals, we’re excited to announce that SelfDecode Pro is becoming PromicsEdge — a dedicated platform designed exclusively for professional use.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about this transition:
1. What is PromicsEdge and why are you rebranding?
PromicsEdge is the new name and home for SelfDecode Pro — our professional platform. You can now access your account at promicsedge.com.
While the core functionality remains unchanged, the new branding allows us to tailor your pro experience even more effectively.
2. What happens to the old SelfDecode Pro links?
No worries — your old links will continue to work during the transition period. You still can access your account when logging on SelfDecode.
3. Will my pricing change?
No. All pricing will remain exactly the same. If you’ve arranged custom pricing with our team, nothing will change there either.
4. Has the platform changed?
Not at all! All features and functionality you’re used to will remain exactly the same, just under the new PromicsEdge branding.
5. What about my reports? Will the branding change?
Yes, all non-white-labeled PDFs will now display PromicsEdge branding instead of SelfDecode.
However, if you're using our white-label feature, your reports will remain branded with your own logo and info as before.
6. Are DNA kits changing?
No, DNA kits will still carry SelfDecode branding, if you’re ordering branded kits.
7. Can clients still connect to me through SelfDecode?
Absolutely. Clients with SelfDecode accounts can still connect to you through the usual “Connect with a Professional” process, no changes there.
8. What happens when I invite a client to the platform?
When you invite a client to join, they’ll land on the SelfDecode platform. But rest assured, the connection between you and your client will be established upon them creating their account, just like before.
9. What happens when I transfer a client's profile over to them?
When you transfer a client's profile, they’ll land on the SelfDecode platform. But rest assured, the connection between you and your client remains intact and fully functional, just like before.
