How to Send Pre-Ordered DNA Kits to Your Clients

If you've pre-ordered DNA kits and are ready to send them to your clients, the process is quick and easy!

  1. Log in to your SelfDecode account.
  2. Go to your My Clients page. If you have pre-ordered kits stored at SelfDecode, you'll see a purple bubble icon indicating how many kits are available.

  1. To send a kit, click Add Client > Create and follow the steps. During checkout, you'll have the option to ship one of your stored DNA kits to your client.

And that’s it! Your client will receive their kit, and you can track their progress from your dashboard.
