Volume Discounts on Bulk Kit Orders

Why are you making changes to the professional subscriptions?

As you may know, we’ve introduced various versions of professional subscriptions over the years. While these subscriptions and services have evolved, managing and developing all these different plans has become increasingly challenging.

To address this, we’re streamlining our professional subscriptions to ensure we can continue supporting each of you equally, providing everyone with access to the same powerful tools and insights.

This new approach will allow us to focus on innovation, offering enhanced features such as improved workflows, more actionable client insights, and advanced analytical tools to help you achieve even better outcomes for your clients.

Our goal is to empower your business with:

What is happening to my monthly or yearly subscription fee?

We’re moving away from the traditional annual or monthly professional subscription to offer you a more flexible and cost-effective pay-as-you-go model. This new structure gives you the freedom to pay for clients as they register or pre-pay for kits to use in the future, ensuring you only pay for what you need, when you need it. This shift provides greater control over your expenses while maintaining access to the same high-quality services and resources.

What are the provider rates on DNA kits and reports?

You can earn a 25% commission on sales made through your affiliate link, providing a great opportunity for additional revenue (see Affiliate Link Pricing table, above). Alternatively, you can purchase DNA kits and add-on reports at a 32.5% discount, giving you more flexibility in pricing and report delivery while maximizing your value (see Practitioner Rates table, above). This dual approach ensures you have the freedom to choose the option that best suits your business needs.

When are commissions paid out?

Commissions are paid out monthly. Our team will be in touch with you via email once you've made your first sale to collect the information needed to send you the pay-out.

Will I save more when I order DNA kits in bulk?

Yes! When you order 10 or more DNA kits at a time, you will enjoy savings of up to 80% on top of practitioner-discounted rates, giving you even greater value for your bulk purchases.

Please note that "bulk kits" refer to kits purchased in the same order.

What happens after I have pre-paid for DNA kits?

Enjoy the flexibility to choose whether to have pre-paid DNA kits sent directly to your office or keep them as credits to be used later, when you're ready to register your clients. This option allows you to manage your inventory and registration process in a way that best suits your business.

What happens when I Add A Client? How long will I have access to the results?

When you add a client, you'll gain access to over 1,250 DNA health, trait, and biohacker reports, along with a full suite of health optimization tools including the Lab Analyzer Tool, Recommendations Engine, Action Plan Builder, DecodyGPT - AI Health Assistant, and Lifestyle Assessments.

Please note that Premium Add-On Reports are not included but are available for an additional fee.

You will retain access to your client's results indefinitely, except in the case where you connect and share the results with your client. In that instance, the account ownership will transfer from you, as a provider, to your clients, as an individual members. Individual members require an active subscription to continue having access to their results on SelfDecode. 

What happens when I connect and share results with my clients?

If you connect and share results with your client, ownership of their account and subscription will transfer to them. The client will then need to pay a renewal fee to maintain access to their results when the subscription expires.

The subscription's creation date begins when you create a client on your account, not the date that access is shared with the client. This means that if you connect with your client before one year from the creation date, they'll have time to access the results before the account expires. If you connect with your client after one year, they will need to renew their subscription before gaining access to the results.

As a provider, you will retain access to your client’s results indefinitely, unless you share the results with them. In that case, your client will be responsible for paying the renewal fee to maintain access.

The subscription fee for your clients is $119.88 per year.

What will happen to the Client Credits I have in my existing subscription?

No need to worry! Your client credits will seamlessly carry over to the new subscription, ensuring you maintain full access to the value you've already accumulated. 

Can I order Whole Genome Sequencing when the updates are released?

Yes! You may order Whole Genome Sequencing at a premium rate of $680 ($300 per kit and $380 per File Analysis) through your provider account.

What is the difference between Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) and Partial Genome (Genotyping)?

Choosing between WGS and Genotyping depends on how you plan to use the insights. Are they for preventative health purposes, or for diagnostic applications?

Genotyping is a more cost-effective option, making it accessible to a wider audience. It analyzes the most crucial 8% of your client’s DNA, covering 200 million genetic variants in a single SelfDecode DNA test. However, it may not capture rare variants (1 in 10,000) effectively.

On the other hand, WGS is considered the gold standard in diagnostic genetic testing. It analyzes 100% of your client’s DNA, including all genetic variants, even rare ones, providing valuable insights for medical mysteries and advanced pharmacogenomics results.

Are there volume discounts on Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) kits?

No. We are unable to support volume discounts on WGS at this time.

Will I be able to upload third-party Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) data for a file analysis on SelfDecode?

Currently, we will only accept WGS data from SelfDecode. We may extend our file analysis capabilities for third-party files in the future. Please stay tuned for updates.
