Subscription Statuses
When navigating the Subscriptions tab, you'll encounter various subscription statuses. Here’s an explanation of each status to help you understand and manage your subscriptions effectively:
Client Renews
- What it means: Your client is responsible for the renewal fee. This status appears when you’ve sent a connection request to the client, granting them access to their own account.
- What you can do: If you want to take over the renewal for this client, click the dropdown arrow next to their subscription and select Renew for Client.
Auto-Renewal
- What it means: You are responsible for the renewal fee. This status indicates that no connection request has been sent to the client, and they do not have access to their own account.
- What you can do: To cancel the subscription and prevent future charges, use the dropdown arrow and select Cancel Subscription. Keep in mind, you'll maintain access for the remainder of the subscription period! Once the subscription expires, access to your client's SelfDecode DNA reports and features will be removed.
Cancelled
- What it means: The client’s subscription has been cancelled and will not renew. Neither you nor the client will be charged further for this plan. Once the subscription expires, access to all SelfDecode DNA reports and features will be removed.
- What you can do: To reactivate the subscription, click the dropdown menu and select Enable Auto-Renewal.
By understanding these statuses, you can easily manage your clients' subscriptions and ensure seamless account handling. Remember, each active plan renews annually for $119.88.
