Managing Connected Client Subscriptions

The Subscriptions tab gives you full visibility and control over your clients' membership statuses — so you can stay on top of renewals, prevent lapses in access, and manage everything from one place.


What You Can Do

From the Subscriptions tab, you can:

  • View renewal and expiry dates for all of your clients at a glance
  • See which clients have expired subscriptions that need attention
  • Enable or disable auto-renewal on a client's subscription
  • Renew a client's subscription on their behalf
  • Cancel a client's subscription if they no longer need access

How to Access Client Subscriptions

  1. Log in and go to your My Clients page.
  2. Click the Subscriptions tab.

You'll see an overview of all your clients' subscription statuses, including any that are expired or coming up for renewal.


How to Renew a Client's Subscription (on their behalf)

If a client's subscription has expired or is about to, you can renew it for them:

  1. Find the client on the Subscriptions tab.
  2. Click the dropdown menu next to Client Renews.
  3. Select Renew for Client.

The renewal will be processed using your payment method on file, and your client's access will be restored immediately.


Common Scenarios

Client's subscription is expiring soon: You'll see the upcoming renewal date on the Subscriptions tab. You can either let it auto-renew (if enabled) or manually renew it for them.

Client's subscription has already expired: The client will appear in your expired list. Select Renew for Client from the dropdown to restore their access, or have them login and renew their own plan.

Client has their own account access and manages their own renewal: If your client has full account access, they handle their own renewal. You'll still be able to see their subscription status from your dashboard.

You want to cancel a client's subscription: The client has to cancel their own subscription from within their account. They can do so on their My Account page, according to these instructions. This will prevent future charges and their access will remain active until the end of their current billing period.
