Default Recommendation Notes

Save time by creating default notes that automatically appear on all current and future client recommendations. This is perfect for sharing consistent guidance, preferred product brands, affiliate links, or dosage instructions — without having to write the same note over and over.


How It Works

When you create a default note, it's automatically applied to every recommendation that doesn't already have a custom note attached. This means any new recommendations added to your clients' Action Plans will include your default note right out of the box.

📌 Keep in mind: If a client is connected to their account, they will be able to see these notes as well. Make sure your notes are client-friendly.


How to Create a Default Note

  1. Go to Default Recommendation Notes
  2. Click Add Default Note
  3. Select the Recommendation you want to note
  4. Write your note in the text field. This could be product guidance, a preferred brand, an affiliate link, dosage details — whatever you'd like to include consistently
  5. Click Add Default Note to save

Your note will now automatically appear on all recommendations in your clients' Action Plans.

  • Affiliate links for products you recommend
  • General dosage guidance or timing instructions
  • A reminder to consult with you before starting a new supplement
  • Links to your website, intake form, or booking page
