Messaging connected clients through SelfDecode

You can message any Connected Client (a client who has their own SelfDecode account and has connected it to your PromicsEdge account). Use messaging to chat with clients and share files.

Open your messages

Click the chat bubble icon (highlighted in pink below) to find your messages.

  • When you have a new message to read, a number appears next to the chat bubble.
