How to Connect a Client (Existing SelfDecode User)
This guide is specifically for clients who already have an account with SelfDecode, and want to connect with you (their PromicsEdge health professional)
We have a great video here to show you how to connect with your client's account.
1. Please have your client follow these instructions for How to Share Your Results with a SelfDecode professional
Be sure to provide your client with the email address you use for your SelfDecode account! They will need it to link their profile to your account.
2. Once your client has completed the process for sharing their results, you'll be able to view their request when you log in to your PromicsEdge account.
3. The connection request will appear as soon as you login, but if you don't see it for some reason, you can simply select the notification on your My Account page:
5. Accept the request using the checkmark option, beside your client's name. The X option will deny the request.
6. Once you have accepted the request, your new client data will automatically be added to your My Clients page.
