How to Connect a Client (Existing SelfDecode User)

This guide is for a Connected Client (a client who manages their own SelfDecode account) who wants to connect their account to you, their PromicsEdge practitioner. Once connected, you can view their results.

Important: Give your client the exact email address you use for your PromicsEdge account. They need it to link their profile to your account.

1. Have your client follow the instructions for sharing their results with their practitioner.
2. Once your client completes the process, their connection request appears when you log in to your PromicsEdge account.

3. If you don't see it, select the notification on your My Account page:

   

4. Accept the request using the checkmark beside your client's name. The X denies the request.
5. Once accepted, the new client is automatically added to your My Clients page.
