How to Ship Your DNA Kit from Israel

1. Once you have collected your sample, place your sample in the biohazard bag.

2. Put the biohazard bag containing the sample into the SelfDecode box.

3. Put the entire box in the return envelope and seal the envelope.

5. Schedule a pick-up. (Due to regulations, you will not be able to drop your kit off. Instead, please schedule a pick-up.)

6. Print out the new return label that UPS sends you. (If a return label is included in your DNA kit, please do not use it.)

7. Return the package with the new return label.
