How to Find a Client's Order

To find a DNA kit order you placed for a client, open the My Orders page — every order detail is listed there.

How to Locate an Order

  1. Go to the Orders page.
  2. Use the search bar or filters to narrow your search.

💡 Tip: If you've placed multiple orders for a client, use the sorting tabs at the top of the Orders section to filter and find the one you're looking for.
