How to Find a Client's Order

Need to check the status of a DNA kit order you placed for a client? You can find all order details directly from their profile.

How to Locate an Order

  1. Navigate to the My Orders page
  2. Use the search bar or filters to narrow down your search

💡 Tip: If you've placed multiple orders for a client, use the sorting tabs at the top of the Orders section to filter and find the one you're looking for.
