How to Become a SelfDecode Affiliate


  1. Visit https://selfdecode.com/en/affiliate-program/
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Complete the form. A member of our marketing team will review your application and set your commission rate.

Tax forms required:

Before you can receive commission, you'll need to submit a signed tax form based on your location:

  • US-based individuals — W-9 (a 1099 will be issued if you earn over $600/year)
  • Non-US individuals — W-8BEN
  • Non-US businesses — W-8BEN-E

If you have trouble uploading your form, upload a blank document as a placeholder and email your completed form directly to affiliates@selfdecode.com.
