How to Become a SelfDecode Affiliate

To become a SelfDecode affiliate, apply through the affiliate program page, then submit a signed tax form so you can receive commission. Your commission rate is set by the Affiliate Manager after review.

How to Apply

  1. Go to the SelfDecode Affiliate Program page.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Complete the form. The Affiliate Manager will review your application and set your commission rate.

Tax Forms Required

Before you can receive commission, submit a signed tax form based on your location:

  • US-based individuals — W-9 (a 1099 is issued if you earn over $600/year)
  • Non-US individuals — W-8BEN
  • Non-US businesses — W-8BEN-E
