I Already Have a DNA File, But I Want a SelfDecode Kit

We understand that some of our customers want to have a SelfDecode DNA test done even if they have already had their DNA tested elsewhere. You are welcome to do so. 

If you already have a DNA file uploaded to your SelfDecode account, but you'd like to order one from us, please email support@selfdecode.com and request that we remove the DNA file from your account. It's necessary for us to remove the file from your account before you place the order because you can only have one DNA file per account.

You'll want to make sure you have a copy of your file saved first; once we remove it from your account, we won't have a copy saved on our end.
