How to Upload DNA Files on a Pro Account

Here are instructions for uploading a DNA file to your SelfDecode Pro account. You can follow these instructions if your client already has a DNA file from another service. 

1. Visit the My Clients page. 

2. Click Add Client.

3. Fill out this form. Then, click Create Client. 

4. Click Upload DNA File.

5. Select their DNA file from your computer by clicking Browse and then select the DNA file provider from the dropdown menu. Click Upload File.

6. Wait a few moments for their file to upload and then click Okay.

While their DNA file is scanning, you'll see the word Scanning beside their name on your My Clients page. 

The scan typically takes no more than a couple of hours, and then you will notice that the word has updated to Active. You should also receive an email letting you know it's done.

Once their file is Active, you'll be able to view their Health Reports.
