Where to find current pricing

Current pricing for DNA kits and individual reports is on the Report Shop itself. That is the only place you will see the price that actually applies to you, since offers change through the year.

All prices are listed in USD. For another currency, your bank or a currency converter will give you the rate you will actually be charged.

Promotions and discount codes

We run promotions throughout the year, including around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The best places to catch them are the Report Shop homepage and your email inbox.

If you have a code that is not applying at checkout, email support@selfdecode.com before placing the order and we will take a look.

Payment methods

• HSA and FSA cards are accepted. DNA kits and reports are eligible health expenses, so you can pay with Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account funds.
• Medicaid is not accepted, and SelfDecode testing is not eligible for Medicaid reimbursement. Medicaid covers tests ordered by a clinician as medically necessary, and direct-to-consumer genetic testing does not meet that standard.

Dates on your order look wrong

Dates in your account may display as DD/MM/YYYY — day first, then month, then year. An order dated 04/09/2026 is 4 September, not 9 April.
