How to Upgrade from the Report Shop to a SelfDecode Subscription
You never have to upgrade. Everything in the Report Shop is a one-time purchase and your reports stay accessible indefinitely. But if you find you want more than a few reports, a subscription on our main platform is usually the better fit.
How to upgrade
Email support@selfdecode.com and tell us you would like to move to a subscription. Because the Report Shop and the main platform are separate systems, our team handles the move for you rather than it being a button in your account.
It helps if you include the email address on your Report Shop account.
What a subscription adds
A subscription on the main platform gives you:
- A bundle of reports, rather than the individual reports you choose in the shop
- Personalized diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations
- The Labs Analyzer, for uploading bloodwork alongside your genetic data
- AI Hyperintelligence, our in-app health AI
- Reports that update as new research comes in
AI Hyperintelligence is not part of a Report Shop purchase. It requires a SelfDecode subscription on the main platform.
What happens to the reports I already bought?
They stay yours. Tell us when you write in and we will make sure your DNA file and existing purchases are connected to your new account rather than left behind in a second one.
