Can I Use DNA Data from Another Company in the Report Shop?

No. Report Shop reports are only available to customers using a SelfDecode DNA Kit that was purchased and processed through the Report Shop.

A DNA kit from another provider cannot be used here either, and raw data files from services such as 23andMe or AncestryDNA cannot be uploaded to a Report Shop account.

What to do if you already have raw DNA data

Use our main platform instead, which does accept raw data files from other providers: selfdecode.com/en/upload-dna-file. It is a separate product from the Report Shop, with its own account.

A few reports depend on data that only our own kit produces, so they are not available on an uploaded file. If you are not sure whether the reports you want are covered, email support@selfdecode.com before you buy and we will check for you.
